Aendrl’s (April Hawes) Terms of Service; Please take a moment to read

PAYMENT POLICIES:

- I can only accept Paypal.
- Payment must be made in full upfront before the work will be started.
- Payment cannot be made by a third party individual.

WORK POLICIES:

- I reserve the right to decline a commission request for any reason or without reason at all.
- I reserve the right to charge an additional fee if client asks for excessive or large changes to be made after the sketch is completed (3 free minor fixes, then fees apply).
- If a customer requests an entirely new second sketch after the first preliminary has been done, there will be a fee charge of 5$
- I reserve the right to post all commission work in my galleries unless specified by the client at the time of purchase.
- I reserve the right to sell prints of commission work unless otherwise specified and agreed upon at the time of purchase.

REFUNDING POLICIES:

- If a commission has been started and the client cancels midway I reserve the right to keep a percentage of the payment depending on completion.
- A refund cannot be issued if you approve stages of work and only request changes after the item is complete and finalized.
- A refund can be given in full if the client chooses to cancel before work has begun.

GENERAL ARTWORK POLICIES:

- Unauthorized altering or recoloring of my artwork is not permitted.
- Reposting my artwork without proper credit is not permitted.
- Reposting to forums/websites without my permission is prohibited.

THINGS I WILL NOT DRAW IN COMMISSIONS:

- Illegal activities (drug abuse, bestiality, pedophilia, etc)

- Mechanical Objects (transformers, gundams, complicated robots, etc)

- Most Fetishes (I’m not okay with vore but I might draw gore)
